Officina Stellare

Officina Stellare is an Italian technology group. Its website describes a multi domain group combining expertise in space, aviation, defense, naval systems and cybersecurity, with quantum technologies among its domains.

The group began with advanced optical and opto mechanical systems. It designs, manufactures and delivers opto electronic systems for Earth observation, laser communication and secure communications. The site says the name means star workshop.

The group works through a set of specialized companies. Logic makes airborne electro mechanical, power and avionics units for military and civil fixed and rotary wing platforms. Sitep provides maritime systems for communication, navigation, sensing and deterrence.

Gelco offers design, engineering, manufacturing and testing services for the defense and professional sectors. Blu Electronic makes space grade electronic systems for power management, control and signal processing. ThinkQuantum covers quantum communications and cybersecurity.

Dynamic Optics provides adaptive optics for wavefront sensing, control and correction. The group acquired Mavel S.r.l. in July 2026 to expand its technology footprint.

Services span system engineering, optical design, electronics development, software and firmware integration, precision manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing, and qualification and validation. The website says the group controls the key phases of the value chain.

The group is listed on Euronext Growth Milan and has a strategic integration with GATG through a reverse takeover. Its sites include Sarcedo, Cassina de' Pecchi, Viterbo, Desio, Padova, Pont-Saint-Martin and La Spezia in Italy.
