Neutral Air Partner

Neutral Air Partner, known as NAP, is a global network of air cargo and logistics companies. It was set up in Hong Kong in 2016. Its aim is to bring strong air cargo skills to the logistics industry and to improve buying power across the supply chain.

NAP has more than 400 vetted member professionals in over 150 countries. They are grouped into six industry networks. NAP says its partners together rank among the largest air cargo logistics providers in the world. Members include forwarders, consolidators, general sales and service agents, airlines, charter brokers, express couriers and e-commerce operators.

The first network, NAC, is a group of neutral airfreight wholesalers, consolidators and master co-loaders. It focuses on buying power across the air cargo supply chain and on neutral air cargo solutions for retail forwarders and the wider logistics community. NAF is a network of airfreight forwarders and logistics specialists. It aims to offer new forwarding and logistics solutions to the global supply chain. NAX 24/7 Time Critical is a group of expedited freight experts. It serves the time-sensitive and emergency logistics sector.

The company does more than connect people. It works on global agreements and volume incentives for its members. Its team sets up minimum revenue guarantee programmes with carriers and suppliers. It also manages BSA, CPA, EQ and interline agreements.

NAP has regional offices in Europe, China, the Middle East and the Americas. It says this lets it combine local knowledge with global reach. Its stated mission is to revive specialisation in the air cargo industry and to strengthen airfreight buying power. It also uses the phrase neutral cargo solutions to describe its approach to freight forwarding.

Companies that join NAP gain access to this network of specialists and to its shared agreements, and they take part in an active community. Members are encouraged to contribute to the network as well as to use it.
