Mundo-Tech

Mundo-Tech makes tube assemblies and does tube fabrication and engineering from Rogers, Arkansas. The company was founded in 1985. It builds parts for aerospace, aviation, defense and other industries, using precision CNC bending, end forming and welding.

Aerospace work includes titanium and Inconel tube bending for space and aerospace fluid systems. Titanium is a core strength. The company bends it on CNC machines, including BLM and Horn systems, with automated tooling and mandrel support for tight-radius and multi-plane bends. It also makes lavatory tubes and ducts. Its titanium tubes serve hydraulic, fuel and environmental control systems.

Beyond bending, Mundo-Tech offers welded assemblies, tie rods and control rods, sheet and plate parts, and CNC machined parts. Tube services include end finishing, swaging, oxygen cleaning, non-destructive testing, pressure testing and kitting and assembly. A clean room handles certified cleaning and contamination control for sensitive assemblies.

Inspection and tooling are done in house. The shop uses scanner arms and Accurex tube inspection with Hexagon software to check parts quickly and accurately. A 3D printer farm lets the team make custom fixtures and prototypes fast. Each part is checked against the customer's own specifications.

Mundo-Tech serves aerospace, aviation, defense, automotive, commercial, HVAC and data center cooling customers. The company says it builds tube assemblies for some of the most innovative companies in the world, including Virgin Galactic, Blue Origin and Lockheed Martin. It also supports the United States Department of Defense. It handles production schedules, inventory management and AOG, or aircraft on ground, requests with fast turnaround.

The company follows AS9100 standards and says it meets ITAR and NIST requirements. Its processes are vertically integrated, and its quality systems aim for repeatable results in fluid conveyance and structural parts.
