LimeFlight

LimeFlight makes software that helps airlines run their inflight service and logistics. It describes its product as the only end-to-end inflight logistics software designed for airlines. The goal is to give airlines control of their inflight service.

The system has six modules. Platform manages master data, rolls out changes and gives stakeholders access. LoadPlanning helps airlines design galleys, build modular load plans, and analyse and improve planning. MealPlanning manages menu grids across cycles, creates meal orders, controls costs and cuts food waste.

MobileApp gives stakeholders offline access to load plans, meal orders and service information while they are on the move. InventoryManagement tracks and plans stock across the network and improves material flow in real time. RouteOptimization captures inflight catering needs and finds the most efficient patterns across the whole network, such as the best uplift locations.

LimeFlight lists four problems it solves. Not everyone works with the latest data, and a stakeholder portal fixes this. Teams share the right Excel files by hand, and the portal lets anyone involved get what they need when they need it. Budgets are hard to build and compare with running costs, and the system shows planned and actual costs for every flight. Teams also work in silos with poor communication, and the system gives one single point of truth for all inflight service and logistics stakeholders.

The company groups its use cases into a stakeholder portal, full integration with other systems, change impact and cost control. Cost control follows costs from warehouses through assembly and cooking to loading and unloading.

LimeFlight shows airlines such as WestJet, Aircalin, Air Tahiti Nui and Edelweiss among the airlines that use it.
