Leon Software

Leon is flight management software for aviation companies. The website says hundreds of aviation companies around the globe use Leon to manage their schedules, sales, dispatch, crew, maintenance and reports. The software is built for business operators, scheduled operators, cargo operators, trip support companies and charter brokers.

The Schedule module handles recurring and round the clock schedules. It supports schedule patterns, a draft mode with publishing, several schedule scenarios, SSIM import and export, sending PNLs and a timeline view.

The Sales module is a built in CRM for quotes, sales documents, bookings and invoices. It can quote many aircraft in one offer, track sub charter flights and manage feasibility checks. It integrates with Avinode and with DocuSign, and it has a sales mobile app.

The OPS module is a dispatch environment with customizable checklists and support for multiple AOCs. It handles service requests for handling, fuel and catering. It includes an airport directory, METAR and TAF weather, automatic flight watch from several sources, and fuel prices from more than 30 providers. The Maintenance module shows aircraft AOG status, tracks scheduled maintenance and monitors aircraft documents.

The Crew module offers a customizable FTL engine, qualification tracking, and duty rosters in calendar or timeline views. It also tracks landing currency, passport and visa status, and it integrates with logbook software. The crew mobile app works offline and sends push notifications for schedule changes.

The Reporting module includes a report wizard, charts, scheduled report distribution and export to BI systems. The update center lists releases about every two weeks. Leon 228 was released on 19 October 2026.
