Legion Intelligence
Governed AI agents for national security, aerospace and MRO
About Legion Intelligence
Legion Intelligence builds agentic AI software for national security, defence, intelligence, science and research, aerospace, manufacturing and MRO organisations in the United States. Its platform, which the company calls the Command Layer, deploys AI agents that carry out work across the systems teams already use while people keep authority over every step: humans command, agents operate and every action is attributed and auditable. The software runs in cloud, on-premises, air-gapped, classified and edge environments, works with any large language model and never trains on customer data. The company reports that its platform is trusted by the US Department of War and the Department of Energy, lists the US Air Force and US Special Operations Command among its users and is a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme.
Products
- Legion Packs: specialised agents for search, analysis, content creation and workflow automation
- Mission Builder: chains multiple agents into multi-step processes such as analysis, reporting and approvals, without code
- Centurion Platform: governance across data, models, agents and permissions, with centralised control of agent networks across departments and locations
- Legion Multiplayer: a shared work surface for teams
Capabilities
Agentic search queries an organisation's document ecosystem by topic, keyword or content with more than 100 integrations and traces every result to its source. Question answering pulls context from across systems and file types with citations, within existing access policies. Content agents draft emails, reports and proposals grounded in the customer's data, with every claim traceable and human review before release. Workflow agents navigate databases, draft reports and update records end to end, with humans approving the steps that matter. The company says the aim is to compress the distance between intent and action and raise operational tempo without more headcount or long integration cycles.
Resources
Legion publishes articles on topics such as whether airmen will trust AI, the AI cold start problem and operationalising AI on classified information, and has been featured in Oracle's defence ecosystem programme for emerging technology companies.
