Jet Zero Australia is a company that is building a sustainable aviation fuel industry in Australia. It has offices in Sydney and Brisbane. It was founded in North Queensland in 2021. Its aim is to make fuel that is grown at home instead of drilled.

It is a first-of-a-kind, commercial-scale alcohol-to-jet sustainable aviation fuel plant. The company is working on the supply of ethanol feedstock from North Queensland farms for that project.

The team has experience in oil refining, energy projects, project finance, engineering, law and sustainability. This includes work on low carbon fuel certification under the ICAO CORSIA scheme. The company says it involves local communities at every step of its projects.
