Iliff Aircraft Repair and Service Co. is an independent repair station at Tulsa International Airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It repairs and overhauls aircraft waste and water components, known as ATA chapter 38. It has been in business since 1964.
The shop holds FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145 and UK CAA Part 145 approvals. It says it uses only OEM specifications and piece parts, and it offers a 12 month warranty on repairs and overhauls. The company says it is large enough to handle a full fleet and small enough to react to emergency and AOG needs.
Toilets are the core of the work. Iliff repairs vacuum flush and chemical recirculation toilets, and it says it has deep experience with fiberglass recirculation toilets. It also repairs drain valves, ball valves, rinse valves, flush valves, waste tanks, toilet shrouds, potable water tanks and motor pump assemblies. It also handles ATA chapter 25 items such as faucets, galleys and tables.
The company names brands such as Monogram, Kaiser, Adams Rite, Jamco, Aqua Rotter, Yokohama, EDO and Weber. Its capability list covers more than 5,000 components and sub-assemblies, and it keeps growing.
Iliff gives average turn times. Bench checks take 5 to 7 days, repairs 10 days or less and overhauls 15 days or less. It keeps spares to exchange in AOG cases. It can work to the needs of older and newer fleets and to specific air carrier specifications when needed.
Customers fly Boeing, Airbus, ATR, Embraer, CRJ, Bombardier and Fokker aircraft. The company shows airline partners and a shop page for spares.
