About FlyVaunt

FlyVaunt, also called Vaunt, is a private jet membership service. Members pay one flat yearly fee of 2,995 US dollars. The site says this covers unlimited flights and all passengers a plane can hold, with no extra per flight fees.

The flights are mostly one way, last minute trips. The site says many private jet flights run without passengers when jets move to a new location. Vaunt opens those flights to members. Members join waitlists in the app, and each list closes 24 hours before departure. If chosen, a concierge arranges the details. Each member also gets one Priority Upgrade a year to move to the top of a waitlist.

Vaunt does not fly the planes itself. The site says its flight supply comes from a nationwide network of vetted Part 135 charter operators. These operators list empty leg flights on the platform and share in a revenue pool. The site says the company is backed by Volato Group Inc., which is listed on the NYSE.

The aircraft named include HondaJet Elite II, Citation CJ3, Citation CJ3 Plus, Citation Sovereign, Pilatus PC-12, Cessna 172 and Aero Commander 500. Other pages list King Air 350 and Citation XLS.

The website offers an app download so people can browse flights. It also shows member stories and press mentions.
