Fairhope Aerospace

Fairhope Aerospace, the trading name of Aero-Mark MRO, LLC, is an FAA Part 145 repair station at 14560 Greeno Road in Fairhope, Alabama. It sits close to the Airbus final assembly facility in Mobile and serves commercial, regional, business and military operators. The company concentrates on component repair and overhaul together with component sales and exchanges.

Components and stock

The company keeps LRU components and serviceable parts taken from fully traceable assemblies. Incoming parts are tagged and bagged for traceability, repairables are assessed in-house with turnaround times set, and exchange pool parts bridge long repair lead times. Dedicated AOG stock is held for contracted customers.

Test equipment

• A variable frequency drive hydraulic pump test stand, 50 to 150 HP, up to 6,000 RPM, flow up to 80 GPM and pressure up to 5,000 PSI
• A dual system hydraulic test stand rated to 85 GPM at 5,000 PSI, with proof testing up to 10,000 PSI
