Cirrus engine accessories

Hartzell Aviation, the Signia Aerospace group that includes Hartzell Engine Tech, publishes a Cirrus engine accessory application page which says it overhauls and distributes most Cirrus engine accessories. The page lists, by Continental or Cirrus part number, the alternators, starters, starter adapters, magnetos, boost and fuel pumps, propeller governors and spark plugs for the SR20 (IO-360-ES and IO-390-C3B6), the SR22 (IO-550) and the SR22T (TSIO-550), plus the turbochargers, controllers and wastegates for the SR22T. The alternators shown are Plane-Power ES-series units, the starter for the SR20, SR22 and SR22T is the Sky-Tec PM2407 (Cirrus part 657596, with the older C24ST3 marked obsolete) and the third alternator on the SR20 and SR22 is the B&C BC410-1 standby unit.

Sky-Tec and Plane-Power

Sky-Tec starters and Plane-Power alternators are brands of Hartzell Engine Tech, sold through the Hartzell Aviation distributor network alongside AeroForce turbochargers, Janitrol Aero heaters, Fuelcraft fuel pumps and PowerUP ignition. Product and distributor pricing varies; the site has a distributor finder and a support centre. Hartzell Aviation also runs the exhaust businesses Aerospace Welding Minneapolis and Acorn Welding and the Quality Aircraft Accessories repair station in Tulsa.
