About Essential Turbines

Essential Turbines is a maintenance, repair and overhaul company for turbine engines. It is an authorized Rolls-Royce AMROC and a FIRST Network member. It overhauls Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 engines and supports Safran Larzac engines.

The company was founded in 1993 in Montreal, Canada, as a family run shop. It has a Vancouver facility and an Arizona facility. In 2024 it joined Swift Anchor Holdings.

In March 2026 the company opened a new Mesa, Arizona facility. The press release says the site triples U.S. capacity for M250 and RR300 turboshaft engines. It replaced a temporary Phoenix area location.

The site says the company services more than 300 engines a year across five continents. Average turnaround is 65 to 70 days after approval. It says its technicians have more than 300 years of combined experience.

Customer support includes 24 hour AOG troubleshooting, warranty management, rental, exchange and procurement programs. The company also offers accessory maintenance and testing, and an in-house test cell.

The company serves markets including medevac and emergency response, oil and gas transport, charter operations, heli-skiing and tourism, military trainers, utility aircraft and police aviation.

The company holds FAA, Transport Canada and EASA approvals, AS9100 and ISO certification. Facilities are in Montreal, Vancouver, Arizona and Malta. Contact is through the contact page, where the site says a technician or team member replies. The site lists several phone numbers for different locations.
