Custers Hydraulica B.V. is a Dutch manufacturer of custom access equipment for the aviation industry. Its aviation brand is Custers Aviation. The company designs and builds aircraft docking systems, stairs and stands for OEMs and for companies in MRO, P2F, cargo and military work.

The company has been active for more than three decades. It was founded in 1901. In the first half of the 20th century it mainly provided metal structures for construction and aviation. From the 1960s it started making aerial work platforms. From 1980 it also produced aluminium mobile scaffolds. Since 1988 it has supplied customised aluminium scaffolding stagings to civil and military aviation in the Netherlands and abroad.

Custers offers four main services. These are aluminium scaffoldings, customised solutions for safe work at height in aviation and industry, special aerial work platforms for road traffic, rail and aviation, and independent service on all aerial work platforms.
