Crescent Manufacturing is a precision fastener manufacturer at 700 George Washington Turnpike in Burlington, Connecticut, with more than 60 years of expertise in miniature screws and miniature fasteners. Since its beginnings in 1960 the company has supplied fastener distributors with aerospace, military, commercial and special engineered fasteners, all made at its facility in the United States, and its distributor customers are now found across North America, South America, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and Australia.

• Machine screws, tapping screws, thread forming and thread cutting screws, Type U drives, Hi-Los, solid rivets and metric fasteners in sizes 00 to 3/8 inch or M1.2 to M10, with lengths from 1/16 inch to 3 inches and metric lengths up to 76 mm
• Certified MS, AN (Air Force and Navy Aeronautical) and NAS (National Aerospace Standards) fasteners held in inventory, DFARS and mil-spec parts
• Self-clinching and broaching studs, Crescent Beta and Beta-Pro self-threading fasteners, Kwik Thred and specials made to customer specifications or prints
• Drive styles including slotted, Phillips, Pozi, Frearson, six-lobe, JIS, hex socket, square and combination drives, and head styles from 82 and 100 degree flat and oval to pan, fillister, round, truss, binding and hex washer heads
• Materials including 302, 316, 410, 430 and A286 stainless steel, Monel, low carbon and alloy steels, 17-4PH, brass, phosphor bronze, silicon bronze and copper

• AS9100D with ISO 9001 certification, held since 2009 and 2001 respectively
• Qualified since 1996 for the Defense Supply Center's QSLM programme for Class 2A and Class 3A threaded fasteners
• MIL-I-45208A quality systems and MIL-STD-45662A gauge calibration systems
• RoHS and REACH compliant except for cadmium plating required on military prints, with compliance letters and certificates available
• Approved vendor through distributors to Airbus, BAE, Boeing, General Dynamics, IBM, Lockheed Martin, McDonnell Douglas, Motorola, Raytheon and Texas Instruments
