ConRo

ConRo is a UK distributor of specialty materials and process products for electronics and manufacturing. It is based in Pitstone, Buckinghamshire, and customers order through an online shop.

The shop is split into 16 product categories. These are adhesives, sealants, lubricants, cleaning materials, repair materials, conformal coatings and industrial coatings. The rest are soldering systems and accessories, solders, fluxes and preforms, dispensing equipment, fume extraction systems, PPE and sanitising equipment, static control products, tapes, temperature profiling systems, and tools and accessories.

ConRo sells under many well known brand names. The brand list includes 3M, Henkel, Loctite, Bergquist, HumiSeal, Indium, Dowsil, PPG, Bonderite, Teroson, Metcal, Technomelt and Inventec. It also lists AeroShell, Araldite, Nordson, Sika, Permabond, Dymax, Techspray, Kyzen and Zestron, along with many others.

Static control is one of its larger ranges. It covers conductive PCB racks, ESD bags and packaging, ESD clothing, gloves, heel straps and overshoes, wrist straps and cords, signs and labels, sprays, cleaners and lotions, swabs and tapes. It also stocks ionizers, surface resistance meters, wrist strap testers and conductive picking bins. ConRo says it is an authorised distributor for brands such as Bondline, Lindstrom, 3M and Ambersil in this area.

Buyers can shop by brand or by category, or use a quick order form. Customers can ask for a quote by giving the product, quantity and date needed. They can also ask to be told when a product is back in stock. A basket and customer account support online orders.

The company has a help desk tool and a contact form for questions, and it offers a newsletter sign up. Its quote form lists countries across the world, so it takes enquiries from outside the United Kingdom.
