AerMaven Limited is a commercial aviation component company. It was formerly known as Component Recovery Solutions, also called CRS Aero. The company has operated since 2012. It offers component sales, airframe teardown and component management, and describes itself as a trusted expert in commercial aviation components.

AerMaven most often serves the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 platforms. Its largest inventory is across these two families, with a focus on flying surfaces, nacelles and aircraft structures. AerMaven has opened an approved 40,000 square foot Part 145 facility. It supports airlines and other 145 workshops with piece parts, new parts and new repairs. Its component 145 storage and asset realisation service covers storage and logistics for even the largest aircraft components.

MCS agreements offer fixed monthly costs, with transparent oversight of actual repair and logistics costs. The company presents these as an alternative to flying hour and power by the hour agreements. Its BER analysis and reclamation programmes aim to avoid scrapping parts that are beyond economic repair.

The company offers consultancy on EPA and PMA assessment, part pooling programmes, component reliability, supplier contracts and BER assessments.
