About Connektica

Connektica is a software-as-a-service manufacturing execution system (MES) built for aerospace and defence manufacturers, with a focus on small and mid-sized companies from prototyping to series production. It digitises work instructions, automates assembly and testing, and unifies manufacturing and test data in one connected platform, capturing structured data and contextual evidence as work is performed. Customers include manufacturers of satellites and space antennas, and the company presents its product in English and French.

What the platform does

  • Digital work instructions that replace PDFs and tribal knowledge, locking in the right steps and quality checks so production stays consistent as people, teams and sites are added
  • Native test automation that controls test benches, robots and equipment directly, a capability the company says most traditional MES products lack
  • Automatic capture of evidence, logs and approvals per serial number, keeping audit trails, as-run records and compliance reports current
  • Real-time visibility of bottlenecks, quality drift and performance, with deviation alerts during execution
  • Modules for automation, digital work instructions, data analytics, quality management, traceability and compliance, and supplier management

Compliance

Connektica enforces EN 9100 (AS9100) requirements on the shop floor by embedding quality gates, competency and calibration checks and version control into work instructions, and by capturing immutable traceability records. The company says its security and compliance controls support customers handling large volumes of production data.

Results

Connektica states that its coverage of the assembly, integration and test process cuts production cycles by up to 80 percent and reduces operator dependence. Antenna maker Anywaves reports cutting the time to test a space antenna from eight hours to 15 minutes while keeping traceability as production scaled. New customers typically have a first sequence live within two weeks, saving 10 to 20 percent of operator time, with further gains as more complex sequences are automated.

Connektica appears in the exhibitor lists of the Small Satellite Conference 2027, SmallSat Europe 2027 and Space Tech Expo Europe 2026.
