Anteral

Anteral is a Spanish SME that designs, manufactures and tests antennas, passive RF components and radar technology for space, satellite communications, 5G and telecommunications, defence, science and industry. Founded in Pamplona in 2010 as a spin-off of the Public University of Navarre, the company is based at Poligono Areta, Calle Badostain 2, in Huarte, Navarra, and reports clients in more than 50 countries. Its team of engineers and PhDs in telecommunications, computing and electronics works under a quality management system covering design, fabrication and verification testing.

Antennas and passives

Anteral specialises in the design, fabrication and verification of high-performance feed chains for on-board satellite systems, and offers both commercial off-the-shelf products and ad-hoc designs. Products include horn and other antennas, filters, polarisers, orthomode transducers (OMTs) and other passive components, and triangular trihedral corner reflectors for radar calibration. Anteral antennas have flown on SpaceX Transporter-18 and the company presents its space and satellite products at the Small Satellite Conference in Salt Lake City.

Radar

Through its uRAD product line, Anteral aims to make radar technology accessible for all, with standard radar modules and custom solutions for smart cities, industry and other new applications.

Research and development

Innovation is described as part of Anteral's DNA, and the company devotes a significant share of its resources to research projects with industry and universities that extend its know-how into new developments. It is a member of the Reconcilia work-life balance programme in Navarra and publishes its quality and environmental certifications on its site.
