Century is a factory authorized service center for Bell and Robinson helicopters. It handles factory warranty work for these aircraft. To keep those roles, it must show consistent quality, hold a minimum parts inventory, keep technicians trained on new aircraft and remain an approved FAA repair station.

Services include aircraft repair, component overhaul and aircraft inspection. The company also does new aircraft completions and fixed wing customization. Its avionics department handles simple installations and troubleshooting, along with highly specialized avionics suites. It builds and customizes instrument panels and tailors installations to each aircraft.

Other services include aircraft recovery, aircraft shipping and record keeping. For recovery, the company has a truck, trailer and crane, so it can travel to your location or a remote site. Customers include a police air support operation and WAPA, which operates Bell 407 helicopters across 15 western states. A WAPA chief pilot says Century has been its exclusive contracted provider for over 25 years. The police air support operation says it has 24/7 communication with the maintenance team. A Bell 206 and Bell 407 owner says few helicopter maintenance shops are as fully equipped and qualified.
