Boost Air Group

Boost Air Group is a Spanish aviation group based in Madrid. Its commercial arm, Boost Air Commercial, does line maintenance and base maintenance for airlines in Spain and Portugal.

The group brings several businesses together. They are Commercial, Executive, Defence, Components, Aviation and Academy. The company says it has more than 900 professionals and is fully Spanish-owned. It describes its aim as joining expertise, talent and infrastructure in one aviation group.

Line maintenance is the main service on the commercial page. The company has a network of 20 stations. In Spain they are Lanzarote, Malaga, Alicante, Barcelona, Bilbao, Castellon, Fuerteventura, Ibiza, A Coruna, Gran Canaria, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Seville, Tenerife North, Tenerife South, Vigo, Valencia and Valladolid. In Portugal they are Lisbon and Porto. Cover is set to fit each airline operation.

The service list covers daily, weekly and transit checks, as well as A-checks. It also includes scheduled maintenance, borescope inspections, on-call attention and AOG support. A capability list is available for download.

The company says it is ready for newer aircraft. It names the Airbus A350, the Airbus A330neo, the Boeing 787 and the Embraer E2. It links this to ongoing training for its maintenance technicians.

AOG support runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The team travels to the aircraft to carry out inspections and repairs on site. The goal is to cut time on the ground and return the aircraft to service as soon as possible.

Beyond commercial work, the group offers services for executive aircraft and for defence customers. Its components business has contacts in Madrid and Gran Canaria. The Academy handles specialised training, and Boost Air Aviation is another part of the group.
