APA Services places aviation professionals in contract jobs across the United States. The company is officially called APA Aviation Staffing, LLC. It was founded in 1999 and has worked in aviation staffing for over two decades.

Its clients include makers of fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft for commercial, corporate and military use. They also include VIP completion centers, commercial and corporate maintenance, repair and overhaul shops, VIP interior specialists, component repair and manufacturing sites, and engine overhaul centers. The company says its mission is to support growth in aircraft manufacturing, repair, overhaul and modification.

The recruiters mainly place licensed A&P mechanics, sheetmetal mechanics, avionics technicians, inspectors, cabinet builders and finishers, upholstery specialists, sewers, aircraft painters, composite technicians, manufacturing engineers and material handlers. Its job board also lists trades such as CNC machinists, NDT technicians, welders, wire harness technicians, line maintenance technicians and pilots.
