Aero Crew Solutions

Aero Crew Solutions is a pilot career consulting company. It helps pilots prepare for airline and aviation hiring. The company says it has helped pilots since 2010 and has served thousands of them over 15 years.

Its stated mission is to help pilots reach their professional goals with one-on-one, personal service. The company says every member of its team is a former pilot recruiter. It says its consultants have sat on the other side of the interview table and know what it takes to succeed.

The career services listed on the site are resume design, application reviews, job fair and career fair preparation, interview preparation and career consulting. A short 15 minute consultation is offered for quick questions. An application review is a one-on-one session with a counselor, and it covers up to five applications. Interview preparation takes three hours in total, with a two hour session and a one hour follow-up call.

The company also offers help for pilots who plan to attend an industry hiring event. It wants them to be ready so that they are called in for an interview. A resume can be updated or built from scratch.

Each month the company publishes a newsletter called From The Interview Table. It carries current hiring information and advice from its consultants.

The company says it is not the largest firm in this field. It says its focus is on care for each client. The phone number is 404 461 9600, and the website has a contact form.
