In the Fan Blade Exchange program, Aeras keeps at least one to two sets of fan blades in stock so a shop visit does not wait for blade repairs. A material audit sends an Aeras technical representative to inspect parts at the MRO facility. The aim is to confirm the condition of parts before they are installed or scrapped, which prevents unneeded scrap. A material management program handles planning, provisioning, distribution and procurement inside MRO facilities, with fixed pricing instead of the mark-ups often applied by MROs. It covers life limited parts, nacelles, APUs and IDGs, and maintenance programs.

Aeras also runs a global network to source and supply turbines and spare parts, managing assets from purchase to final sale. It offers certified inspections, repairs and overhauls. It also supports upgrades and component replacement, and salvages repairable parts to extend turbine life.
