• Matching with clients that suit the candidate, with placements including a role at GKN Fokker Elmo for an engineer whose skills and background the agency assessed
• Practical support for international engineers relocating to the Netherlands, including accommodation, administration, health insurance and Dutch lessons, which candidates in reviews describe as making the experience carefree

For clients

• Niche recruitment within each industry to find, recruit and select candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• Recruitment process outsourcing that organises and optimises a company's internal and external recruitment and HR processes, from filling a single position to full outsourcing
• A partnership approach from the first enquiry, aimed at helping technical companies win the war for talent and skills
