Wencor

Wencor Group, LLC integrates engineering, repair and distribution for the aerospace and defense industries. It was founded in Florida in 1955 and its global headquarters are at 416 Dividend Drive in Peachtree City, Georgia. The company is part of HEICO. It serves airlines, MRO facilities, OEMs and US and foreign militaries, and ships to more than 100 countries from hubs in the United States, Europe and Asia.

• 2011 to 2021: acquisitions including Aerospace Coatings International, Soundair, Absolute Aviation Services, PHS/MWA, Accessory Technologies, Fortner Engineering, Silver Wings Aerospace and ASC Industries
• 2020: new innovation facility opened in Provo, Utah
• 2023: purchased by HEICO
