VSE Aviation

VSE Aviation, formerly Vortex Aviation, is headquartered in South Florida. It combines maintenance, repair and overhaul of components and engine accessories with aftermarket parts distribution and supply chain management. It supports commercial, cargo, business and general aviation, and rotorcraft customers around the world. The VSE group has bought a series of aviation businesses since 2022, including Kellstrom, Vortex and The Aircraft Group in 2024, Turbine Weld in 2025, and Precision Aviation Group and NorthStar Technologies in 2026.

Distribution

VSE is an OEM partner distributor, specializing in turbine engine parts and accessories, avionics and landing gear components. Its network includes warehouses in the US, Europe and Singapore, with more than 10,000 part numbers and over one million items in stock.
