The exchange program offers same day shipping, FAA 8130-3 triple release documents, and components charged and ready to install. Loaner batteries and power supplies are available while a customer's unit is repaired.
The site says the company offers 24/7 AOG support and handles hazmat shipments. It works with lead-acid and Ni-Cad batteries.
