Ultrafine Industrial

Ultrafine Industrial is a UK supplier of endoscopes, borescopes and video systems for remote visual inspection. The company is based at Web Ellis Industrial Estate in Rugby, England. The site says the Ultrafine brand has been used for over thirty years. Aviation is one of the uses, so the company is only loosely tied to aviation.

The product range includes articulating videoscopes in 720P and 1080P, with a touchscreen, four way articulation and removable battery packs. A 3D measurement videoscope has a 7 inch display, a 128GB hard drive and an AI blade counter. The Flexivision 100 is a featured product with a full HD image, split screen view and a choice of probe attachments.

Several other tools are listed. Switchable UV inspection systems change quickly between UVA and white light, and they follow the ASTM E3022 standard for non-destructive testing. A borescope inspection kit is described for race engine checks, gas engine work, on-wing MRO checks and pressure cylinders. It has a UV option for fluorescent penetrant inspection. The company also sells pan, tilt and zoom cameras for shaft and pipe inspection, including a telescopic model with a thermal infrared camera.

The site shows short customer comments from Rugby, the Clyde and Leeds. One customer says a system helped save a whole refit package.

The shop is about five minutes from M6 junction 1 and ten minutes from M1 junction 19 or 20. The site says short notice collections are welcome. Opening hours are 9:30am to 4:00pm. The office phone is 01788 879451. The company registration number is 08797856. The site has an enquiry form for product questions.
