Ukrspecsystems is a Ukrainian developer and maker of unmanned aerial systems, software and hardware. The company says it was founded in 2014, at the start of the Russian intervention in eastern Ukraine. It began making its own drones because imported systems cost US$500,000 or more.

The company makes fixed wing and VTOL drones. These include the PD-2, a VTOL fixed wing unmanned aircraft for reconnaissance and other missions. The SHARK, MINI SHARK and SHARK-M systems are also part of the range. The company calls the SHARK-M the next step in one of the most effective UAS on the battlefield.

Ukrspecsystems also makes drone components. These include EO/IR/LRF gyro stabilised camera gimbals and ISR payloads. Its UAS components cover data links, tracking antennas, launching systems, pitot tubes, batteries and software. The company also makes multirotor drones for gas, oil and power line inspection.

Applications include military use, border control, wildfire management, wildlife monitoring, gas, oil and power line inspection, and cargo delivery. The company says its systems are used by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, the Special Operations Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Border Guard Service and the State Emergency Service.

The company says its solutions come from research and close work with end users. It says its drones carry advanced payloads and are hard to detect by radar and anti-aircraft systems. The RAM-2X loitering munition, first shown at MSPO 2026, is also listed.

Ukrspecsystems offers online demonstrations and customer support, and it has a UK office. It shows its products at defence exhibitions, including MSPO 2026 in Poland and UMEX 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
