B.E. Meyers & Co., Inc. is a US defense technology manufacturer in Redmond, Washington. It builds laser aiming, illumination and warning systems for military, law enforcement, consumer and aerospace uses.

The company began in 1974. It is privately held, run by veterans and owned by a second generation of the founding family. It describes itself as a small business that designs and builds its products at its Redmond headquarters. Its production is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and it serves end users in 38 nations.

B.E. Meyers makes visible, near-infrared and short-wave infrared lasers for aiming, illumination and pointing. It also makes non-lethal laser dazzlers used to warn people and escalate force in steps. Product families include DAGIR, MAWL, KIJI, IZLID and VSLAP for pointing and illumination, GLARE for hail and warning, and MILR for ranging and locating. The company also offers flash hiders, rail systems and accessories. One of its aiming devices was chosen by a US special operations command and given a national stock number.

Its lasers are used on individual weapons and crew-served weapons. They are also built into fixed-wing aircraft, rotary-wing aircraft, unmanned ground vehicles and airborne systems. The optoelectronic systems side of the business started in 1999 with laser pods for fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Customers include all US military branches, most special operations forces, many US prime contractors, NATO military elements, major law enforcement organisations and US intelligence agencies.

The company has supplied US Armed Forces for more than two decades. It makes the US Army Green Laser Interruption System, and it was the sole source winner of the US Marine Corps Ocular Interruption Program.
