Topcast is a Hong Kong based distributor of aviation parts and a provider of MRO services. Its website says it was founded in 1991 as a trading business, with Topcast Aviation Supplies Co. Ltd. established in 1995, and that it now has sales presence in 24 locations serving customers in more than 90 countries. The company describes its approach as connecting principals with customers, summed up as large enough to deliver, small enough to care.
