TAILLOG
EFB software for digital flight operations from Denmark
About TAILLOG
TAILLOG is a Danish company that makes an electronic flight bag, or EFB, for flight operations. Its main office is in Denmark, close to Roskilde Airport.
The product is called TAILLOG EFB. The company describes it as an intelligent way to simplify daily flight operations. It offers a digital OFP and briefing package that helps operators close the electronic gap and move away from paper. Its slogan is to scrap the last paper and go fully digital.
TAILLOG makes mobile solutions for aviation. They aim to free up time and resources for aviation professionals, both in the air and on the ground. The system links pre-flight, flight execution and post-flight work in one solution. There is an iOS app on the App Store and a web sign-in for users.
The company says it was born in Scandinavia and is used all over the world. Since 2013 it has worked closely with operators and aviation professionals. The team is made up of senior people with experience in aviation, innovation, production, continuous improvement and IT development.
The company chose to base itself near Roskilde Airport. Users picked this airport in 2017 as one of the top three business airports in Europe, the Middle East, Russia and Africa. TAILLOG says it shares the airport's values of quality service and a friendly attitude, which it calls friendly efficiency.
Customers help shape the product. The company invites them to rethink its systems, because they know daily operations best. Its aim is solutions that are cost efficient and simple for operators to set up, and easy for pilots and office staff to use. The company offers a demo booking, a support page and an integration page. The EFB system is developed by Blue Chap, and TAILLOG is a registered trademark.
