Aviation manual authoring and document management software
About Web Manuals
Web Manuals is a software company for aviation. Its document management platform helps operators write, edit, review, distribute and monitor operational manuals. The company says more than 780 aviation companies use it. Its legal entity is Web Manuals International AB.
The platform lets teams write and edit manuals together. Reader and reviewer access gives instant updates, full traceability and access control. An EFB app lets crews read manuals on any device.
Compliance monitoring helps operators keep manuals up to date with rules. The website says its compliance libraries are linked to regulators such as the FAA, EASA, CASA and IOSA. Amelia AI gives instant answers drawn from a customer's own manuals.
XML editing helps customers import, edit and manage manuals issued by aircraft makers. The website lists XML support as coming soon to the platform.
The Web Manuals Store sells add-ons such as template documents, compliance services, and software licences from partners. Services include proofing and standardization, content import, compliance linking, revision review, on demand editing and setup help.
Customers include business and private jet operators, airlines and charter operators, UAV and helicopter operators, maintenance organizations, flight schools and public sector operators. The site describes customers from start-ups to enterprises. Customer names on the site include Babcock, Copa Airlines, DHL, DC Aviation, Icelandair and KLM Cityhopper.
The company lists offices in Malmo, New York, San Diego, Singapore and Sydney. The website says over 500 companies trust Web Manuals, with more than 50,000 users and 500,000 published manuals. The Web Manuals Foundation supports education and entrepreneurship for young women in developing countries.
