Stükerjürgen Aerospace Composites GmbH & Co. KG (SAC) is the aviation composites company of the Ferdinand Stükerjürgen group, a family-owned German plastics processing group founded in 1967. SAC brings together more than 40 years of aviation knowledge and 20 years of yachting composites experience gained with Grittner Team GmbH & Co. KG, and works under the motto that not possible does not exist, only what could be possible if. Customers are accompanied through the whole production process, from the idea through development to the finished product, for prototypes as well as small and large series.

Capabilities

• Composite components for the aviation industry, produced on modern machinery with in-house paint shops that allow flexible and individual solutions
• Group-wide plastics processes including injection moulding, extrusion, thermoforming, 3D printing with the FDM process and surface finishing, together with assembly of sub-assemblies and logistics
• Quality assurance from production monitoring with modern measurement technology to documented manufacturing processes and customer satisfaction surveys
• Sustainability work including a bio-plastic developed by the group and the production of complete recycling lines

Group history

Since 1967 the Ferdinand Stükerjürgen group has grown steadily: it began producing components for the aviation industry, founded Stükerjürgen Aerospace Composites, took the Grittner Team into the group and added composite components for the yachting industry, later spinning the yachting division off into Stükerjürgen Composites + Wood GmbH & Co. KG. Other milestones include SWP Systems GmbH, Stuke Iowa (Ferdinand Stükerjürgen Inc.) in the United States, SWP Australia Pty Ltd in Welshpool near Perth, the Siebensee outdoor furniture brand for yachts and a company kindergarten. The group serves markets from aviation and yachting to construction and agriculture and invites individual enquiries and offers through its aviation contact page.
