Somepic Technologie

Somepic Technologie is a French company that machines, finishes and assembles precision metal parts in small and medium series. The company says it has been doing CNC turning and milling for more than 60 years and works with hard metals as well as light metals. Its website lists aeronautics and aerospace among the sectors that use its small and medium series machining, next to automotive, medical, rail and luxury goods, and reports output of 18,000 parts a month.

Machining

• Turning on machines from 2 to 8 axes
• Milling on machines from 3 to 5 axes

Engineering and methods

• A dedicated team that studies each request in depth and proposes a working method
• CAD and drafting in Catia and Top Solid, with CAM and simulation in Top Solid and Vericut
• Attention to traceability and to the balance between quality and production cost, with about 30 years of experience of standards, according to the company

Measurement and assembly

• Dimensional inspection with Zeiss, Accura and Duramax measuring machines, including an Accura with a 2000 by 4200 by 1500 millimetre working volume
• Assembly of individual parts and complex sub-assemblies, including shrink fitting with liquid nitrogen and application of sealing compound
• Surface processes to protect, decorate or improve the mechanical properties of metal parts

Quality and security

In summer 2025 Somepic obtained the Bronze AirCyber certification, which the company presents as confirmation of more than two years of work to secure data exchange, information systems and customer trust. It also reports continuing investment in equipment and a recruitment drive to grow its teams.

Shows

Somepic Technologie appears in the exhibitor lists of the Paris Air Show 2027 and Aeromart Toulouse 2026. Its website also announced a presence at Eurosatory on 15 to 19 June 2026, in hall 5B at stand C43.
