• Domestic e-commerce shipping: connects airlines with domestic online retailers, automating shipments and creating revenue from unused belly capacity
• Cross-border e-commerce: management of global online shopping shipments for airlines
• A unified platform from first to last mile, including dock-to-door small parcel delivery

Customers and history

SmartKargo notes that about 15,000 flights are in the air at any time with 50 to 60 percent of cargo space free. Early work included helping Kingfisher Airlines launch Kingfisher Express. The company deployed its e-commerce solution for Azul in Brazil to launch Azul Cargo Express, which it describes as the industry's first airline-centric express parcel solution, and now helps other airlines replicate that model. Implementations listed include Azul, Cebu Pacific, IndiGo Cargo and WestJet, and the site describes support for Delta Air Lines' small parcel delivery. Its FAQ states the platform suits both cargo-only and passenger airlines.
