How the brokerage works

AircraftCharter does not own or operate aircraft, so it is not tied to one fleet. For each request it asks authorised and insured third-party operators for options, then matches the aircraft to the route, range, passenger numbers, baggage, airport limits and availability. As reported on its website, flights are operated by FAR Part 135 or Part 121 air carriers or foreign equivalents, which keep full operational control, and its services are provided in line with 14 CFR Part 295, the US rule for air charter brokers.

Clients receive a written quotation that lists the proposed aircraft, what is included and excluded, and the booking and cancellation terms. A charter is confirmed only when the agreement is accepted, payment is made and the operator accepts the flight.
