REPKON

Repkon Makina ve Kalip Sanayi A.S. is a Turkish manufacturer of metal forming machinery, producing machines to its own designs and know-how since 1978. Machines and technologies

• Flowforming machines: a cold plastic forming method used to shape high precision, rotationally symmetric cylindrical or conical parts
• Hot spinning: forming of rotating cylindrical parts under high heat with rollers
• Shear forming machines, used for hollow conical or convex parts in copper or aluminium, with exit angles between 10 and 80 degrees, which the company notes are an important element of anti-tank munitions

• C type and H type hydraulic presses, including four column presses, and deep drawing and end closing presses
• Shafts for drive and transmission systems, plus products made by flowforming such as conveyor rollers, probes, tubes and couplings and high precision tubes

Turnkey lines

Beyond aerospace and defence, Repkon builds complete production lines for wheels and parabolic leaf springs used in automotive, truck, agricultural and construction vehicles. It also supplies turnkey lines for LPG cylinders, from picnic cylinders to industrial ones, and for fire extinguisher cylinders for the petrochemical industry. Special machines are designed to customer requirements.
