Feza Aero

Feza Aero is an independent aerospace engineering and manufacturing company in Eskişehir, Turkey. It designs and makes aircraft maintenance tooling, engine transportation stands and ground support equipment. Its customers are airlines, MRO companies and aviation service providers around the world.

The company was founded in 2020 by professionals with over 20 years of hands-on experience in aerospace and precision engineering. It made its first export in 2021 and moved into a new factory in 2022. A conversion tooling project followed in 2023, and the company won its first national award in 2024. It now has more than 50 employees. It reports over 5,000 parts delivered and more than 500 completed projects.

Feza Aero makes airframe tooling, engine tooling and engine transportation stands. Customers can search for products by part number and ask for a quote. A capability list is available to download. The company also runs an AOG hotline that is open around the clock.

The manufacturing side covers CNC machining, turning, certified welding, surface treatment and coating. It also does in-house assembly and full quality control. Besides precision parts, the company can support fabrications and complex assemblies.

Feza Aero also offers technical consulting. Its engineers turn existing parts into accurate 3D models and technical drawings. They create custom designs for special projects and improve designs to boost performance and cut weight. They also check early on whether a design suits CNC machining and welding.

A loan and lease service supports maintenance and ground handling work. Engine stands are available on loan, and bootstrap systems are available for aircraft positioning. Short-term and long-term terms are offered, and the company keeps all leased equipment in working order. Feza Aero also repairs damaged or worn tools and arranges calibration through accredited laboratories, with full certificates and traceability records.

The quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The company is now putting an AS9100 system in place. Its stated aim is to become a trusted brand in aircraft maintenance tooling and specialised aerospace solutions.
