RECAERO SA

RECAERO is a French aerospace manufacturing group. Its home base is in Verniolle, in the south of France, which the site calls the cradle of the group's activity. It makes spare parts and sub-assemblies for aircraft makers, in short runs or in series. Its site is in French.

The group has an industrialisation office that deals with about 3,000 new files each year, using a team of 30 engineers and technicians. It says 95 percent of spare part orders and all series orders are covered by stock. More than 100 processes are mastered, so about 90 percent of orders are handled in house. About 600 people work for the group, seven days a week.

RECAERO has several parts. Recaero India serves customers from India. Recaero Composites works on aerospace composite needs. Recaero Formation is a training arm that follows market needs. The motto on the site says the team did not know it was impossible, so it did it.

Alongside manufacturing, the company offers extra services. These include packaging parts to the customer's rules, managing industrial transfers locally and abroad, managing tooling, sending staff to work on a customer's site, training teams and managing obsolete parts.

The site lists many approvals. These include an FAA 14 CFR 145 repair station certificate, a Part 145 maintenance organisation certificate, and Part 21J and Part 21G approvals. It also lists EN9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 for its French sites, AS9100 Rev D for India, and Nadcap approval for non destructive testing and for heat treating in India.
