Panasonic Connect North America is the US site of Panasonic Connect. It offers rugged mobile computers, managed services, smart factory tools and restaurant technology. Its main product line is TOUGHBOOK rugged laptops and tablets.

TOUGHBOOK products include the 34, G3, 40, 56, 33 and G2 models, plus commercial laptops such as the Let's note FV4. The rugged range is tested to MIL-STD-810H and MIL-STD-461G, and the devices are IP rated against dust and moisture. The company also offers the Honeywell CT70 Android rugged handheld.

It offers solutions for public safety, including EMS, law enforcement and firefighters. It also covers federal government, with civilian agency and military solutions. Enterprise solutions include field services, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities and energy, automotive diagnostics and repair, and warehousing.

Managed services include deployment and fulfilment, IT planning and consultation, onsite IT support, TOUGHBOOK as a Service, vehicle installation, warranty and support, service depot and repair, and warehousing and logistics. The company also offers contact center outsourcing and CORE asset management.

The smart factory range covers electronics assembly, welding and robotics. Its services include PanaCIM manufacturing execution software, material management, asset performance maintenance and DTPS III programming and simulation. Restaurant and retail solutions include drive-thru and POS and kiosk systems for convenience stores, grocery, quick service restaurants and retail.
