Ethos Systems

AI-enabled human readiness and training platform

About Ethos Systems

Ethos Systems provides an AI-enabled Human Readiness Platform for defence and other organisations. Its site says the platform identifies and addresses knowledge gaps before they become operational failures, by quantifying the skills and competencies that matter to an organisation, assessing the proficiency of a team and driving targeted interventions. It has recently introduced the Ethos Readiness Engine, which gives AI-powered visibility into workforce capability.

How it works

  • Maps the requirements of a mission to role-specific skills to give a clear readiness profile
  • Provides real-time visibility of knowledge, confidence and proficiency across all levels of command
  • Surfaces where and why gaps exist, for data-driven intervention and remediation
  • Turns legacy training into a software-defined ecosystem with adaptive capabilities

Company

Founders Andrew Powell and Sasha Seymore started Ethos in 2019 from a shared commitment to national security, with Sasha's experience as a Naval Reserve Intelligence Officer shaping the approach. The company took part in Stanford's Hacking for Defense programme. Its site argues that organisations modernise technology quickly while traditional training does not keep pace with the tools their people use.

Customers and sectors

The site shows customer logos including the Army, the US Navy and a life sciences company, and has pages for defence, life sciences and freight.
