MUSTHANE

Musthane is a private French industrial company that makes flexible structures from coated technical textiles. The fabrics are coated with rubber and other polymers. The site says the company works on projects with high technical value and has experience in France and abroad.

The company says its products serve needs for mobility, storage, distribution, lifting, sealing, floating and securing areas. Several items on the product list are made for aviation. They include a mobile helicopter landing pad, an inflatable cushion for lifting aircraft, rolling plates for aircraft, tethered balloons and aerostats, a refuelling trailer, a mobile fuel station and a tactical fuel depot.

Other products are flexible tanks for fuel, drinking water, fire water, oil and waste liquids. The list also has inflatable plugs for pipes, anti pollution barriers, floating barriers against intrusion, inflatable shoring for trenches, lifting cushions, pneumatic grippers for pallets, hovercraft skirts, gel shock absorbers and temporary access tracks.

The home page says the work is designed and made in France. Its main strength is the shared know how of its staff, built on projects for demanding customers. Many of its equipment items are made for special technical problems or for places where strong mobility is needed.
