MHIRJ Aviation Group provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), material, technical, advisory and engineering services for regional aircraft. It works on the CRJ Series, with expertise across the full life cycle from concept to certification.

MRO services cover maintenance, repair and overhaul for safe and efficient operations. Material services supply parts and distribution to keep aircraft flying. Technical services offer data driven analyses, operational evaluations and tools to optimize performance. Advisory services help customers move from strategy to execution. Engineering solutions cover all aviation disciplines.

The company says it gives customers 24/7 access to the largest regional aircraft maintenance network in the world. The Customer Response Center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Parts ordering has separate lines for AOG parts and for routine and critical parts. Technical publications and engineering support have their own contacts.

MHIRJ has service centers in Tucson, Arizona and Bridgeport, West Virginia. It also lists an authorized service facility, Air Nostrum Engineering and Maintenance Operations, in Valencia, Spain.

The MHIRJ Academy provides training. The training partners listed include CAE, which offers CRJ series flight training worldwide with its lead ATP training center in Toronto. CAE also has CRJ simulators in Charlotte, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Madrid and Copenhagen. Flightpath International delivers CRJ technical training, holds EASA, Transport Canada and CAAC approvals, and can train on site at the operator's location.
