About Marshall Aerospace

Marshall Aerospace is a British aerospace and defence company based in Cambridge, England. It says it was established in 1909. The company serves governments and prime contractors. It is mainly known for military maintenance, repair and overhaul work. The site says it has supported the Lockheed Martin C-130 Hercules since 1966.

Its capabilities fall into three groups. MRO covers the C-130, including a heavy maintenance centre for the C-130J and a centre of excellence for centre wing box replacement. Engineering services cover work for governments, aircraft makers and prime contractors, from avionics upgrades to special mission conversions. Advanced manufacturing covers parts, components and subsystems, such as fuel tanks, mission systems and sonar modules, built under long term contracts.

The site also mentions support for Boeing P-8 maritime patrol aircraft, support for resale and entry into service, and military and civil flight test work. A case study covers the work on C-130Js for the Bangladesh Air Force. Another covers repairs to RAF C-130s hit by hail in Afghanistan. A third covers an Airbus A400M engine test bed. Marshall says its customers are in more than 20 countries, including NATO, Five Eyes and AUKUS nations.

The company history notes work on over 5,000 aircraft in the Second World War and a part in Concorde. News on the site dated October 2026 says AURELIUS is acquiring Marshall Aerospace from Marshall Group. The site has a contact form, a UK phone number, a Middle East office in Abu Dhabi and a careers page.
