ACLAS Technics is an aviation component maintenance, repair and overhaul company based in Livingston, near Edinburgh Airport, Scotland. Part of C and L Aviation Group, it offers what it calls quality technical solutions to airlines, OEMs, parts traders and lessors worldwide, with customers across Asia, Europe, the Americas and Africa.

Capabilities

• Repair, overhaul and inspection of flight controls for ATR 42 and 72, Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier and Dornier series aircraft, using the only OEM ATR flap repair jig in the United Kingdom
• Full overhaul, refurbishment and airworthiness directive and service bulletin embodiment on wing and engine intake de-icers, including gas path parts
• Structural components: repair, overhaul and test of doors, hatches and aerodynamic fairings, with more than 2,000 line items on its capability list
• Inspection, repair, overhaul and EASA and FAA Part 145 recertification of components removed from aircraft
• Anti-corrosion measures delivered as standard on every repair, and a guaranteed turnaround time

Company

ACLAS says one size does not fit all and tailors its service to each customer. It holds UK CAA, EASA and FAA approvals, has received JOSCAR membership and accreditation for the defence supply chain, and has signed the UK Armed Forces Covenant, committing to employment opportunities for the armed forces community.
