About m-ExxonMobile
ExxonMobil is a global energy and chemicals company that produces and supplies oil, natural gas, refined products and materials. The company works in the United States and in many other countries. It says it has discovered, produced and delivered energy and products to people around the world for over 140 years.
Its business is split into upstream, downstream, chemicals and low carbon solutions divisions. The company says it applies skills in scale, integration, operations and technology to produce energy, cut greenhouse gas emissions and build lasting value for shareholders and society. It says it wants to strengthen energy supply security and reduce emissions to support a net-zero future.
For industry, ExxonMobil provides energy and chemical resources that power businesses, construction and manufacturing. It says it works with others to help cut industrial and commercial emissions. Its low carbon work includes large-scale carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and lithium. It also works on advanced recycling, which breaks down plastic waste into molecules that can be used again. In the United States, it runs advanced recycling operations in Baytown. It also has teams that answer questions from royalty owners.
