ISISPACE

ISISPACE is a satellite systems integrator and space infrastructure provider in the Netherlands that has worked since 2006. It supports customers from the first idea through design and development to launch services and satellite operations.

The company serves customers in more than 50 countries and says it has enabled more than 50 missions. Its customers include commercial companies, research institutions and universities. ISISPACE says it has worked with space agencies such as ESA and NASA. The company focuses on small satellites, and it builds on a vertically integrated approach.

Small satellite platforms are a core product. They range from 3U to 16U and suit missions from education to large payloads. ISISPACE also makes parts for these satellites. Its range includes solar panels from 1U to 16U that use space-grade GaAs triple-junction cells, modular and compact electrical power systems, and antennas. The antennas include S-band patch and TMTC types, a GNSS active patch antenna, and VHF/UHF antennas for 1U to 3U and for 6U and larger satellites.

Launch equipment is another area. The QuadPack Deployer releases CubeSats at speeds under 1.8 m/s, and more than 250 units have been delivered. The DuoPack Deployer is made for CubeSats up to 6UXL. The Microsatellite Separation System carries satellites up to 120 kg and works with launch vehicles such as Falcon 9, PSLV and Vega. The Deep Space Deployer is ESA-approved. A Modular Deployment Sequencer sets the timing of satellite release.

ISISPACE also sells launch services. These include rideshare services, launch management and integration services. Since 2009 the company has contributed to the launch of more than 826 CubeSats and microsatellites on many launch vehicles from sites around the world. Past missions launched from French Guiana, India and Vandenberg in the United States.

Its satellites are used for Earth observation, in-orbit demonstration, air quality monitoring, ship tracking, signal intelligence, climate action, education and IoT connectivity.
