interiorsDIRECT is a Hamburg, Germany company that designs, makes, certifies and sells aircraft cabin interior parts. It was founded in 2014. It supplies EASA certified products to airlines, MROs, completion centres and leasing companies around the world.

The company works in two ways. Distribution means fast supply of spare parts from stock. Customisation means building a part from a design idea to a finished, certified product. Lead times for many stock items are one to two days. Its focus is cabin appearance, and it works in plastics, metals, textiles, leather and foam.

Flooring is a core product. The company supplies cabin flooring kits made to the aircraft layout, wool and nylon carpets, non-textile flooring, seat rail covers and floor path marking. It sells a ready cockpit carpet kit for the A320. Kits come in one box per aircraft, with EASA Form 1 paperwork.

For soft furnishing, it makes seat dress covers for all classes, seat cushions, literature pockets, curtains, cabin bags and head rest covers. It offers alternative parts to OEM covers and handles reverse engineering, prototype work, fit checks and burn testing. For lavatories, it supplies toilet seats and shrouds for the Airbus family, an A330 washstand and mirror materials.

The company also offers a retrofit in-seat power supply, built with KID Systems and AviaDeco. It has USB-A and USB-C ports with up to 60 W output, fits many seat types and needs no seat recertification. Cabin lighting kits replace old diffusion lenses on A320 and A330 family aircraft to remove the yellowing effect. Its cabin mirror material is a lighter plastic that meets FAR 25.853 flammability rules.

The customisation process covers specification, design, certification, production, and spares and kitting.

The company runs a showroom in a historic Hamburg warehouse with sample parts and colour samples. Its stock warehouse is in the centre of Germany. It is a member of Hamburg Aviation, and sales teams cover EMEA, the Americas and Asia.
