amelia is a cloud-based system for airline reservations, airline retailing and global distribution. The company describes it as the world's first open and 100% cloud-based major passenger service system. It supports e-ticketed, ticketless and hybrid sales models. Airlines can run their own booking engine, mobile app, call centre, travel agent portal and corporate portal from one platform.

On the distribution side, amelia connects to global distribution systems and supports NDC. The company also sells amelia Cargo, a cargo management system, and software add-ons. amelia Academy offers training.
